“One drop of love is more meaningful than an ocean full of wisdom”
“…it was the way you spoke in class (philosophy), your adjustments are amazing, your energy, the chanting/mantras, your voice, your playfulness. Your classes have everything that I ever wanted in one. I go to one teacher to get the philosophy and chanting, one teacher for the adjustments and creativity, another teacher for the energy. You have it all in one! I have never been to such a soulful ashtanga class as yours!”
-Caryn Fishlevich
“…the following hours ‘working’ were amongst the most enjoyable and beneficial I have ever spent at any yoga seminar. (I’m a self-confessed seminar junky for the past 20 years). Bruno’s posture work is a mixture of formal and fun work. I liked the effortless pace, the tiny adjustments for better stretch, the specific directions for each individual, all the time encouraging each individual the get the maximum benefit. Bruno explained, demonstrated, lifted us into and out of positions and was more than aware of the difficulties most students experience. Thank you Bruno for putting me into a lying twist – I had not thought I was capable of. The afternoon was spent answering questions and explaining yoga philosophy/scriptures in a way that brought it to life for everyone there. Bruno came across as someone more than willing to share his vast knowledge of the human condition to help others help themselves.”
-Aida Cotter, I.Y.A.
Bruno, you conduct the best yoga courses I have had anywhere. You have a great rhythm from start to finish and cover a very enjoyable and challenging range. I also find your guidance meticulace (very precise) and your informative talks very inspiring. I look forward to the yoga retreat with you.
-Elma Carey
The presentation given by Bruno was excellent. Bruno’s individual style of teaching asanas was very effective – with emphasis on holding positions for long periods allowing integration of mind/body/breath to happen naturally, thereby allowing one to experience a greater feeling of inner peace and harmony and very much in touch with oneself. The afternoon session incorporated a talk on the philosophy of yoga – with reference to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. The easy and relaxed manner in which Bruno spoke and his use of Sanscrit not only indicated his knowledge and understanding of yoga philosophy but clearly showed that he believes what he teaches. Following practical work on Pranayama and a brief introduction to the Kriyas, the day finished with mantra chanting, leaving everyone feeling uplifted and renewed and looking forward to the next seminar with Bruno. I highly recommend Bruno as a yoga teacher and he would be an asset to any yoga organisation.
-Anne-Marie McGlinchy, President, Yoga Society Ireland
As Vice President of the Irish Yoga Association I have worked closely with Bruno for the past two years. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as a teacher of the finest calibre.
-Marguerite Lyster
Brunos’ knowledge of the body and his obvious love and knowledge of yoga made these workshops most rewarding for the participants.

For some time now I have been receiving massage therapy from Bruno Dietziker. Having tried a number of practitioners over the last few years. I have found Bruno to be the one who has been of most help to me. He uses a combination of yogatherapy incorporating Traditional Thai-Massage. Coupled with this his use of Shiatsu or Acupressure techniques and Chiropractic manipulations have been extremely beneficial to me. Having experienced the combination of techniques used by Bruno I would not wish to change to another practitioner. He is the one who has been most useful to me and in whom I would have most confidence.
-Bernard O’Kelly
Mr. Dietziker initially approached us as a consequence of overbooking at his Dublin Yoga Centre and a requirement for sufficient floor space to accommodate his excess students. We were in a position to rent to him sufficient floor-space for forty students for three evenings per week and at regular intervals, similar accommodation for more extended ‘workshops’ for the whole of Sunday. All of Mr. Dietziker’s classes have been attended to capacity, and in the entire course of his association with us, his classes have outperformed, in terms of consistency of excellence and attendance, any of the many other courses that we conduct here. Indeed, it is with the greatest regret that we are told of Mr. Dietziker’s decision to return to Switzerland, as, in our mind, we and Dublin are thereby losing an invaluable asset; without exaggeration the finest and keenest yoga instructor in this country. There are, unfortunately, really no comparable teachers here at this level of expertise. Quite apart from his undeniable and enviable proficiency at his discipline, we should like to comment on his ambassadorship on behalf of Switzerland – he has been a model of courtesy, cleanliness and efficiency, and has conducted himself at all times with the utmost professionalism.

We would like to thank Mr. Bruno for his unfading interest in sharing his exceptional knowledge of Yoga & Allied Sciences with the diploma-tutors of the Korean Yoga Association as well as our many students. With his personality he has not only enlightened our understanding of yoga but has enriched and won the hearts of many Koreans once again. We wish him all the success he truly deserves for his tremendous work in the field of yoga and hope to welcome him back to Korea in the near future.
-Kim Kwang Bak, President Korean Yoga Association
Dear Bruno!
It is with great joy that I see you are soon coming back to Frankfurt to conduct another workshop, the last one being so positively present in my mind. After a year fully packed with weekend workshops, teacher trainings as well as yoga festivals with renowned teachers like Mark Darby, David Swenson, Kino McGregor, John Scott – to name but a few – your three days workshop last year was the absolute highlight! Naturally so I am full of thankfullness and respect to all my previous teachers, but no one conveyed the essence of yoga in such a holistic and thorough way as you did. In an amazingly impressive, so to say ‘enlightening’ manner you connected the most important elements like the practice of asanas, pranayama, chanting and meditation with one another, and at the same time gave us a profound insight into the philosophy of yoga – all this ‘spiced up’ with interesting and humorous intermezzos…and your wonderful Swiss-German accent! After many a ‘commercial’ yoga-gathering it was such a great joy to finally meet a teacher with such a warmheartedness and authenticity! I look forward to more insights and to meeting you again soon!
-Jutta Gonder
It is a pity that you are not in Zurich at the moment, ’cause your yoga classes are the very best I ever experienced anywhere in Europe!
-Bianca Braun
Right at the beginning of the workshop Bruno had – in an unique way – profoundly touched me. Through his composed, relaxing and highly inspirational manner to teach, Bruno was able to influence my thinking and the way I do things so positively. If one would not know better, one would think that Bruno is not from this planet. My way of conducting classes has since changed a lot; my students noticed it as well and asked me what had happened over the weekend? And confirmed, that ever since I have been teaching in a much quieter and more conscious way and that I am letting them feel my heart a lot more. I want to express my gratitude to Bruno for this wonderful experience and look forward to be meeting him soon again. I am very tempted to say: ‘Om namah Brunaya’…
-Christian Braun, Organizer of the 1. Norddeutsche Yoga Conference, Bremerhaven, Germany
Hi Bruno
I want to thank you for your wonderful and inspiring workshop! Your calm and emotionally moving ways to teach has highly impressed as well as deeply touched me. Even so it was only 2 1/2 days of teachings, the recollection of same is still so present as if it were yesterday. I have never come across another yoga teacher that has so profoundly touched and inspired me, and has furthered my personal development in such a short time! It is fascinating to experience the calm that surrounds you and the almost incidental ‘lightness’, with which you seem to further the development of each individual in the entire group. The inspiration that resulted from the way you conducted the workshop has been lasting ever since! One draws days – no weeks – from your energy. My students noticed the big change in my own teaching style straight away. Your behaviour, your way of thinking, your whole being – I want to say that you are a true yogi! I hope you remain so and I already look forward to the next workshop with you. I shall be there! I met many yoga teachers, having attended numerous yoga festivals, workshops and retreats of internationally well known teachers, but no one was yet able to reach up to you! You are more inspiring, clearer, friendlier, more open and warmhearted, whatever words that come to mind: You are above them all! Many a person and especially many a yoga teacher would do well to incorporate even just a small portion of what you convey. It speaks volumes to see how many yogis and yoginis were fascinated – and still are! It was quite unbelievable how ‘positively shining’ we all came out of your workshop; how we all spoke so positively when fellow teachers and students enquired about you. We were so convincing in our descriptions that people around us wanted to know more and more – quite unbelievably so, unless you were experiencing it for yourself!
-Chris
Dear Bruno
It is my desire to express a very warm ‘thanks to you’ for the way you conduct classes, which has triggered off so much in me, and through which I am finding myself on a highly interesting path. To practice yoga in your classes is like… … coming home!
-Marianne Navarro
Dear Bruno
A very big ‘thanks to you’! Before I came to your classes yoga meant mainly physical movement to me. In the meantime it has become much more than that and has positively changed me as a person. The incorporation of yogic philosophy and your precise instructions, adjustments and corrections I have highly valued. And oh yes, the chanting of mantras has created so much joy! I wish you all the best and hope to partake in your classes again upon your return.
-Silvia Vogt
Dear Bruno
I want to thank you for all your yoga classes I was able to attend. For me you are ‘the master’. The manner in which you convey philosophy is truly unique. I have always absorbed it like a dry sponge. I hope you will return to Zurich – we ‘western people’ need somebody like you. Your classes were an oasis, through which I found quietness in the middle of the sometimes ‘crazy’ world. An oasis that brought me back to balance. I want to thank you for all that and wish you a restful break – time for yourself – and I look forward to be meeting you again in the future in one form or another in your yoga classes. Namaste!
-Bettina Ernst
