Besides Asanas, Pranayama and Bandhas, Mudras (Asanas in conjunction with Pranayama and Bandhas which form a symbol) are an important part of Traditional Hatha Yoga as well as the Shatkriyas (the six internal cleansing processes), Yoga Nidra (a meditation technique also known as ‘yogic sleep’ that leads to profound relaxation on all levels of our being) and other meditation techniques, and sometimes the work with various singing bowls.

 

 

Some of these ‘more secret’ yoga practices can only be introduced and worked with in daily- weekend- or weekly workshops or in the 4 1/2 years yoga teacher training course. Details about such courses you can find under the relevant heading.
