Itinerary

We will dedicate our practice to a correct approach working with Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra and Meditation! Special attention will be paid to correct alignement according to anatomical and physiological principles. Additionally we will chant Mantras and Kirtans together from the Yoga and Tantra Traditions.

The teachings also include philosophical aspects, dealing with such texts as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and the Gita!

Course commencement: The course commences sunday evening 19.00 with an introduction in the yoga shala and closes the following saturday morning 10.15.

Meals: The first common meal we enjoy right after the introduction sunday evening 20.15! The last such meal will be the following friday evening.

Course duration: 6 or 12 days: 3 1/2 hrs. in the morning, 1 1/2 hrs. in the afternoon (Wednesday-Afternoon off).

Course level: Regular yoga practice in one of the following yoga-styles: Ashtanga Vinyasa, B.K.S. Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow or Trad. Hatha.

Course fee: CHF 690.- per week.

Available spaces: 22 participants per week!

In order to benefit twofold: Book early to secure a cheap flight and a place in the sun!

Breakfast: served at Nicos, Manolis or Vangelis Taverna. See Accomodation.

Asana-alignment (detailed work), Pranayama, Mantra-Chanting and Philosophy.
