Itinerary

We will dedicate our practice to a correct approach working with Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.

Special attention will be paid to correct alignement according to anatomical and physiological principles.

Additionally we will chant Mantras and Kirtans from the Yoga- and Tantratraditions.

The teachings also include philosophical aspects, dealing with such texts as the Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hatha Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita and the Gita.

Course commencement: The course commences monday evening 20.00 with an introduction in the yoga-shala and closes the following sunday morning 11.00. Our first common meal we will enjoy monday evening 18.15. The last meal will be on the following sunday noon 12.00.

Course duration: 6 days: 3 ½ hrs. in the morning, 2 hrs. in the afternoon                      (1 afternoon off).

Course level: Regular yoga practice in one of the following yoga-styles: Trad. Hatha, B.K.S. Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa or Vinyasa Flow.

Course fee: CHF 690.-*

* 10 % will go to the ‘Hiranyagarbha Trust’ in the Indian Himalaya!
