General Information
​
Participation in the classes is at your own risk. The course instructor cannot be held liable for any injuries. Pregnancy, pre-existing medical conditions, injuries of any kind, and chronic ailments must be communicated to the course instructor in advance. Pure Yoga, Bruno Dietziker, is liable for damages that do not result from the violation of life, body, or health, only in cases of gross negligence or intent; liability for simple negligence is excluded to that extent.
The management assumes no liability for wardrobe and personal belongings.

Course Fee
The course fee for subscriptions must be transferred to the account IBAN CH53 0070 0110 0002 8503 1, Zürcher Kantonalbank, 8010 Zürich, Pure Yoga, Bruno Dietziker, Seebahnstrasse 257, 8004 Zürich before the start of the course.
Single sessions are to be paid on-site, before the start of the course, via Twint or in cash.

Subscriptions
The duration of the 10-session subscription is 12 weeks and is automatically renewed after expiration unless another agreement is reached at least 4 weeks before expiration. During vacations or retreat absences by Bruno Dietziker, the subscription is suspended. The subscription period is automatically extended by the same number of weeks accordingly. When a participant purchases a subscription, a place in the weekly yoga class is guaranteed to them. This means that the course instructor assumes that the yoga classes will be attended weekly. If this is not possible, one must cancel up to 12 hours before the start of the course, otherwise the missed session will be charged. The validity period of subscriptions is binding. Missed sessions expire after the expiration of the validity period. There is no entitlement to a refund. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable.

Confirmations
Participation confirmations for any potential reimbursement by your health insurance can be provided upon request.

Insurance
Insurance is solely the responsibility of the participants. The course instructor disclaims all liability.

Side Agreements, Written Form, Place of Fulfillment, Jurisdiction
No verbal agreements have been made regarding the above points. Changes and additions to the above agreements, including this provision, require written form. Zürich is agreed upon as the place of fulfillment and jurisdiction for all disputes concerning natural persons.
In the event that the participant's place of residence or habitual residence is not known at the time of a lawsuit, Zürich is agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction.
