Program
'Be aware and share'... Being non-judgmentally present is a key to deep inner happiness. When you can experience the moment without evaluations or prejudices, you open yourself up to a deeper connection with both yourself and those around you. In a world often marked by quick judgments and opinions, being fully in the here and now—and accepting things as they are—means true freedom. This kind of presence enables you to get to know and accept yourself better. You become less influenced by external expectations and are able to recognize your own truth. Living without judgment not only promotes self-acceptance but also fosters a deeper connection with others. When you meet people without prejudice, you create space for authentic and open relationships. You embrace people in all their diversity and can connect with them on a profound level, without confining them to pre-established categories. This kind of presence builds trust and respect, laying the foundation for sustainable and fulfilling relationships. Learn to be mindful and present—both with yourself and with others. By focusing on the moment and consciously inhabiting the here and now, you can experience life more fully and enrich your relationships. This ability to live in the moment benefits not only you but also the people around you. Share this mindfulness by cherishing the present and engaging with others with an open heart. In doing so, you create an atmosphere of connection and mutual understanding that ultimately leads to true contentment, in the spirit of “Be aware and share.” Typical Daily Routine 07.00 - 08.00: Meditation with Bruno or Vedic Fire Ceremony in the Dhuni 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Hatha Yogasana Practice based on the daily theme and Yoga Nidra with Bruno 4.30 p.m. – 6 p.m. (once): Introduction to Bhakti Yoga. 7:15 p.m.: Aarati, Vedic Element and Light Celebration in the temple, followed by extensive Kirtan and Bhajan singing with Harmonium accompaniment and other instruments from the Indian Tradition.
