Program

From Judgment to Love Yoga Retreat for Inner Freedom What if you could meet life with an open heart – free, clear, and loving? You might ask yourself how this could be possible. The key lies in a simple yet profound step: Letting go of inner judgment. Unconsciously, we are constantly evaluating: Situations, other people – and most of all, ourselves. We label everything as good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant. Guided by past experiences, expectations, fears, desires and mental concepts, we often react automatically without being truly present. This keeps us trapped in repeating old patterns – caught in an inner cycle. But what if you could learn to break this loop? In this special Easter retreat, we open the space together for something new: A life in the present moment, free from projections of the past. A life filled with lightness, compassion, inner spaciousness and joy. You will learn how, through conscious practice and an understanding of the energetic connections within your body – especially the chakras, our centers of consciousness and energy – you can gradually enter a state of deep inner freedom. This retreat is an invitation: Wake up. Feel your true self – not what you have, but what you are. A loving, clear being. A human in harmony with life. A human who has become essential. And in truth, there is nothing you need to become – only to come home to yourself. Our practices include: Asanas Pranayama Svadhyaya (self-inquiry and study) Meditation Yoga Nidra Philosophical Reflections Mantra and Sound Typical Daily Schedule 07:00 – 08:00 Morning Meditation Practice 09:30 – 13:00 Hatha Yoga Asana Practice based on the daily Theme and Yoga Nidra 16:30 – 18:00 Philosophical Reflections or Pranayama 20:00 – 21:00 Heart-opening Mantra Chanting, Kirtan and Bhajans (group singing)

Meals

The Antoniushaus offers a wide variety of culinary delights, including soups, salads, various main courses and desserts. We enjoy full board, and the cost is already included in the retreat package. Head chef Stefan Muheim is a cook by vocation and passion. For him, it goes without saying to be mindful of what is served to his guests. It is important to him to know exactly where the ingredients for his dishes come from. Having worked in the Schwyz region for many years, he knows all his suppliers personally. His top priority is to ensure that guests feel happy, healthy and energized after their meals. He practices a respectful and mindful use of resources and passes this approach on to his team. Local ingredients are prepared fresh and gently to preserve their nutrients and are seasoned with great care and finesse.
