Information about the Hatha Yoga Master Classes
In two hours you will experience the beneficial, energizing and relaxing effects of a Hatha Yoga Class. In person and online, I work with exact, precise instructions in Postures (Asana) and Breathing Techniques (Pranayama); I incorporate lived wisdom and teach Meditation Techniques and Yoga Nidra. The deeply touching Mantra Chants bring body, mind and soul back into harmony.
