About the event
We dedicate our practice in these weeks to the correct execution of Asanas, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. In addition, we sing traditional Mantras and Kirtans from Yoga and Tantra together. The week also includes philosophical aspects, especially from the perspective of Patanjali, the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the Gheranda Samhita, and the Bhagavad Gita.
Course Start
The course begins every Sunday evening at 7:00 PM with a welcoming round in the Yoga Shala and ends on the following Saturday morning at 10:15 AM.
Course Duration
6 or 12 days: 3.5 hours in the morning, 1.5 hours in the afternoon/evening, with Wednesday afternoon free.
