We practice mindful Hatha Yoga daily, combining physical and subtle practices with four distinct philosophical themes each day, which will support you in leading a meaningful life and help you understand that there is no true reason for spiritual suffering.

We celebrate Vedic fire ceremonies, expand our consciousness through chants, mantras, and sounds that energize and trigger deep transformations.
